ANNAIR Air-cooled after coolers utilise atmospheric air to cool the hot compressed air. The hot compressed air enters to after cooler and travels through vertical arranged spiral fin tubes, while ambient air is forced over the cooler by a motor-driven axial fan. The ambient air removes heat from the compressed air. Liquid condensate will form as the compressed air cools. The condensate liquid is accumulated at the bottom side of the after cooler and can be removed by either a manual or auto drain valve.
Salient Features
- Advanced technology designs to maximize heat transfer with minimum pressure drop.
- Compact design compared to conventional fan and tube designs provides smaller footprint.
- Size from 50 CFM to 2500 cfm
- Durable spiral fin tube design saves space and minimizes energy usage.
- Vertical air flow ensures condensate liquid accumulated at the bottom
- Energy efficient liberally sized axial fans used, suitable for harsh working enviorments.
